SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING IS FREE!

Current processing time is 2-3 business days.

We will certainly process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, however, candles are shipped on Monday through Wednesday to ensure your candles arrive in the best condition. If orders are placed over the weekend or Holidays, we will process the order as soon as we return to normal hours.

RETURN POLICY

Please request cancellation before the item has shipped. Due to the nature of our products, items must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund.

We will replace unused products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@dulagro.com within 2 days of delivery.
